R.S. THESSALONIKI (J.S.C. STATION): The station was located in the place of current OSE engine factory, near the new station of Thessaloniki. It belonged to the section of line Thessaloniki - Constantinople, which was putted into operation in 1 April 1896 by the Jonction Salonique-Constantinople" (J.S.C.) railway company. The station does not exist today because in 1944 was bombed. There was also a second smaller station, which was located at the end of Anagennisi street on the Sidirodromon avenue (main post-card). The station does not exist today also, except the big house with typical roof (second small post-card). Since 1967 there is the new station of city.
